Store Policies

In stock items will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday) after we receive your paid order. If an item is backordered, we will immediately send you an email telling you when we expect to be able to ship your item.

Custom-designed items using our stock frames and mats are usually available to ship within 3 days. Special-order frames and mats will usually be ready to ship within two weeks from the time of your order. We will send you an email telling you when we expect to be able to ship your items.

We believe that good relationships begin with good communication. We will contact you if we have any questions about your order, and we likewise encourage you to contact us with your questions or concerns about our merchandise or your order.
